It's shown "Update" after I submitted my medical, and my status has changed from Medical passed. However, last week, I saw an "Update", but there was no change on my status. My background is N/A still.

I am also one of pnp federal ainp applicant. File received by cic 29 aug 2016. Got mr request 7 nov and now it shows medical have been received by cic.
Just wondering whats the next step?
Do we just get ppr now?

Is there anyone who is on the same boat as me?
I'm also a September 2016 PR applicant.
May I ask you questions about Closed Work permit extension application?
I have applied for PR through PNP program. My work permit will be expired February 2018 so I applied for work permit extension.
I did closed work permit extension application ONLINE instead of bridging work permit application because I have 'YES' Restriction on my nomination letter.

I submitted the following documents ONLINE:

Job offer letter
Passport
Photo
Provincial Nomination Certificate
SINP work permit support letter
Proof that I Meet the requirements of the Job being offered. ( like training certificate, reference letter from the company I work)
NOTE: my job is NOT regulated


In IMM5710 form

I selected (I am applying for) : Work permit extension (same-employer)

Type of work permit I am appying for: Exemption from LMIA

My employer paid Compliance FEE and provided me the OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT Number.
I already have AOR and currently waiting for MR.

1.Do you think I am on the right track on this application?
2.Did you also submit the same documents when you applied?
3.Did you submit the compliance fee receipt together with your documents?

Hi, jyken!

You are eligible for BOWP. You do not need to send a letter of support. You do need to send your nomination certificate, your file number, your AOR, your current working permit and an explanation letter referring to the situation.

thank you for the reply how about the proof of medical do i need to send it too? can me and my wife can get both open work permit at the same time?
