Its been almost 2 weeks now since I got DM but til now no PPR. Is this normal? Looking at the spreadsheet the longest wait from DM to PPR is 1 week.

Really this varies case by case. For most inland applicants, bg check starts from the very beginning...

Yeah, mine has been going on since February too, as per MyCIC, although I doubt (know) that it has REALLY been going on....

Yes. 2 weeks is normal. I have even seen 4 weeks. I had factored in 2 weeks between DM and PPR for tentative landing date calculation and was surprised when Sept/Oct 2016 folks ( including me) got PPR within 24 hours of DM.

No @telegram, my question was if he was able to change his status from visitor to work permit based on having Quebec employer offer + CSQ

I too have this same doubt, did anyone in this forum tried this? Please provide your feedback

Officially 30 days, unless it falls on the weekend plus they do warn about additional delays due to large volume of requests. But mine always came in about 30 days.
