Oh, and i'm not sure if they had PEQ CSQs, but most of them generally do.

I don't think you need to make an appointment for landing via airport if you fly to Canada, just like landing via border.

Sorry for the confusion. I won't be flying into Canada. Instead of driving to US border I want to get an appointment at the airport. Just hop on 747 and I am at the airport in an hour.

well, i heard that you can't landing via airport if you don't take an international flight, the best way is going to border, but you can call CIC to see whether or not.

I'm under the same impression too, and these are the instructions online: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=748&top=22

You can always book at the Montreal office to avoid border, somebody recently had only one week to wait. So it does not have to take months if you're lucky.
