If you are October 12 -16 applicant and did not get your AOR yet, It is almost certain to say goodbye to this year and positively expect your AOR next year 2018 if you reapply. This is so stressful :(

Honestly this is unacceptable - nobody has elements to determine whether this is the case or not.

You can accept / deny whatever you want this is free forum to put your comments.. But the excel sheet data suggests that only after October 16 applicants are getting AOR also if you call IRCC agents you likely to get answer like "reapply".

Agree! Let's keep it as a personal opinion... nothing more!

I can't reach the Call Centre re not receiving AOR. Seems like, the volume of call are too high, and mine can never be processed.
Have anyone ever tried to send them an email. Does it make sense? Their address is posted online CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca
