guys i registered for the pre-arrival services ..after i registered they sent me an acknowledgment mail saying that they will schedule my group orientation & would reply or contact me in 5 business days.. i applied on 14th November & it's been 7 working days & still they didn't schedule or contact me ... anyone who has experience in this pre- arrival services ?

My application got forwarded to Colombo on September 20th. I still havent heard from then yet. The next step should be a medical request if you have submitted Schedule A already.
