Citizenship application in August 2017

Hi.

It happen to one of my friends as well. She was not able to write it down because the question is when did you left canada and the reason is the usual visit. Then during her vacation, there is a change of plan and travel to other country BUT still on the dates included on her vacation. When she was asked about it, she mentioned that her vacation still included in those dates that she was away. For as long as you answer the question correctly and you know that your vacation still or the dates are still in that vacation days, you are fine.

Example:

She left the country Jan 3 and returned on Jan 25. During those days in between, she traveled to visit her friends from other country from Jan 8 to 12. She cant add those days because it is included in those days that she is away. She just wrote the reason that those days from Jan 3 to Jan 25 are her vacation days and those in between still her holidays.

I hope this will help. She already a Citizen many years ago.

Hello, Are you referring to Bankrupt? Not Bank Corrupt? Two words have different meaning. If your husband declared bankruptcy, what it will be the case to your application, nothing. Why? because you are the one who is applying and not your husband; unless both of you plans to apply. If you applied alone then you will only be question such as where are you working or based on your application submitted. It depends in any situation. But for sure it will not affect your application for everyone else here has a unique situation. If you applied alone, you alone will be interviewed and not anyone else.

On the other side, Bank Corrupt is negative notes. If your husband declared he is a bank corrupt; he will be charge with what he is doing. Is he charge with a crime of corruption? I guess, you just want to say Bankrupt and NOT bank corrupt. If you are in doubt, we have Free Legal Service you can ask for.
