Some more detail: Our nikah took place a day before our wedding reception. My husband signed his nikah nama at mosque but no one took a picture there (our fault) as it all happened in a rush however my pictures at home were taken while signing. After the signing ceremony we had a nikah gathering of around 60 people at home where my husband came as well and we all took group photos of that day.
I have attached receipt of nikah dinner as well as we had the event catered.
The next day we had a huge wedding reception plus rukhsati event of 700 guests. And then Valima Reception afterwards of 500 guests. We had some real nice events but unfortunately just missed my husband signing the nikah.
Once we started with the file we found out that we have to provide nikah signing photographs and were worried that we missed it. So we provided my pictures explaining why we don't have his pictures. Now we don't know yet if they'll ask us as our process just barely started but we want prepare a mosque letter too.

I submitted my passport on the 9th of November and Im still waiting. They told me it could take 2-4 weeks. I believe a member got it back just by the 3rd week mark. So I guess that’s when you should be expecting it back too.
Correction: the member Im referring to submitted on the 19th of Oct and got it back on the 15th of Nov. Guess we’re looking at the full 4 weeks wait time.

Hey Guys, I gave my passport for PPR visa stamp to VFS Global Lahore office. Today I got a message saying "PASSPORT HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO ABU DHABI OFFICE FOR VISA STAMP". To my understanding our passports go to Islamabad to get stamped right?

Courier service depends on the city / country where you live. I am in Canada and mailed out some docs LVO last week, by regular mail with tracking and its delivered in just 7 days.

u can ask but they would simply say that it is not decided yet. Once 8 have date they will email the applicant. better to wait it out.
