No I got my MR May 1 and changed into medical received in May 5th. Just waiting for DM or ppr. i am a inland bcpnp

Hi guys anyone had an experience asking help from MP for application update? do they provide an update different from what on ecas and cic account? im just planning to do it im just wondering if its worth the time to ask help from them.thank you in advance

Definetely give a try, they will ask about your UCI, full name and other details , if your processing time went beyond 17 months. You can email them too or you can upadate on webform of CIC aswell.

I am from Edmonton and Imailed MP on sunday eve next morning his Representive replied me... I had also update about my details of application on CIC webform on Thursday and I got DM on monday morning... i hope it will help you.

- when exactly they are starting BG and security check?? 1-2 months after AOR? or our files just laying more than half a year in a queque before some work started on it??
- my spouse is principal applicant - he didn't travel a lot, but I do - hope it will not prolong this time of BG and security check too much...

Never know what the they do with our file ... i have only one travel in last 7 years that’s the only one when i came to canada nothing else after but still it’s been almost 4 months my bg in process don’t know what the heck r they doing....

June 16 2016 Med in Sep 2017. Called them couple of weeks ago and the agent told that the security check is in Progress. BG still N/A
