What duration did the Police report specify and for which country?
What did you write in residential information? Are you referring to address history?

Sorry to hear about your case. PCC can be very tricky for expats and a major reason for rejection. Thing is, for your home country your PCC should cover your last date of exit, regardless of whether you were living there or not. So, even if you visited Pakistan between 2010 to date your PCC from Pakistan should be dated from 18th birthday to date of your exit from Pakistan on your last trip.
So, when did u last visit Pakistan and what was your date of exit? That is the date until when your PCC needs to be covered.
I hope this helps.
About nomination transfer, I'm not a PNP candidate so no clue.

Even if you visit for a day your PCC should cover that. Your address history in form will go as it is (until 2010 in Pakistan), but since you visited pakistan after 2010 as well... only for PCC you should cover all the time until last date of exit from Pakistan, you can explain this with an LOE if you like.

Our application got rejected citing incomplete PCC for my spouse. During the application they asked details for last 10 years of residence which was covered. His PCC rather covered last 34 years. I am not sure how this is possible. Has someone else faced similar issues.
The Police certificate from India that you provided with your application for your spouse is not acceptable as it does not cover the full period of time spent in India. You have indicated in your spouse’s address/personal history that he resided in India from 2006/06/26 to 2017/11/07
