Passed the test and interview today! in Hamilton
Officer told me me Mid-december would be the oath ceremony you will receive email soon for that.

Congrats! We were told the same about the oath. Fingers crossed.

Ah, I was hoping that maybe there was movement in Mississauga. I thought as you are based in Oakville that you may have gone through Mississauga.

Yeah Oakville falls under Hamilton. I've notice that Scarborough office has started to move much faster. I'm sure Mississauga will follow as well as they need to be able to handle the high volume of applicants in bill c-6. Lot of bill c-6 applicants have got their AOR much faster than we did.

Your welcome... Its great news to know that Hamilton is moving nicely. I did my test on the 16th waiting for DM. I was told oath would be somewhere around mid December.

I did my test on Nov 15 (Hamilton Office), and Decision Made on Nov 16. Waiting for Oath Ceremony. Officer told me Mid-December!

Can I take mobile phone with me on test day?

Yes but once test begins they will ask you to turn it off and put aside along with all your belongings. You can use it at all other times.
