Yes you will need photograph .. you will need to take Medical letter , identification proof (passport usually) and photograph ...

Hi. Does anyone knows when PPR comes after receiving DM?
I believe its thru mail and not email, right?

My agency address is my mailing address which is in Ontario but I'm residing in the Philippines.

in my case PPR came the day before DM
, I noticed from others that 2 weeks was the maximum waiting time for PPT after DM
