Hi Guys,

I have some questions regarding GCMS notes I received recently. There is a note from VO to have INTERVIEW RECOMMENDED but no reason is given. There seems to be no RED FLAG either in the notes. He outline the relationship, documents on file, no further document required but still interview ?

- Does anyone know how can we find out what triggered the interview requirement ?
- Is this because of 2nd marriage ALWAYS ?
- We have not received any date invite for the interview, but there is a deadline in GCMS notes till Jan 2018. Is this to take the decision for Eligibility or schedule interview ?

Good Point. I would also like to know from seniors here, for 2nd marriage there is always 100% cases for an interview? and if the 2nd marriage if for Sponsor, then PA call for interview if PA has her or his first marriage? interview should be held with the person who is doing 2nd marriage not the person who is doing his her first marriage?

Guys i have a question,
My both kids recieved their CANADIAN temperory passports and a confirmation letter that their citizenship certificate application is in process. I attached these two items on the principle applicant file.
Now i have recieved the citizenships certificates for both kids and my PA’s file is in LVO.
I dont know if it would help but Should i send them the certificates or should i wait for bgc and the rest.

I applied in May,2017 and I have a kind of good news that after 4 months of silence in LVO, today there is a change CIC account .

It changed from "No document required..." to " We required some documents to process your application....".

I am happy that at least they opened my application. we have not received any email yet. I will update you as soon as i would have it .

Well may be I got over exited. I just went through some old posts and figured out that this change in My Account is maybe a system glitch because I applied for CAIPS notes 4 days ago. . Hmmm at least I had something to cheer about for couple of hours . .

I was wondering we received a remedial request from CIC. My wife is pregnant since about two months ago.
Can anyone tell me what would happen to x-ray? Anyone going through the same situation please share your experience.

I have got a situation please guys give me a suggestion
As I mentioned my wife's interview is on Dec 7th and I was supposed to return to Canada mid November. I extended my stay and rescheduled my return flight date. I had a court hearing for a road offence for which I had hired an attorney. I was told that the court date would be rescheduled. Now my attorney is telling me the judge refused to reschedule the date. I have to return to Canada by Nov 29th. Should I attend my court date and then go back to Pak? Or should I miss the interview since the situation is very complex m!?

Hi, can someome help me. With this. I had a lawyer until today. I just decided not to go with the lawyer. The lawyer has submitted fees to cic. They have given me the receipt. Now i want to refund the fees and apply again with the new fees. Does anyone know how to refund fees?

I have a question guys,my husband is in Pakistan for my interview, do he need to add this trip in supplementary form, (travel history form) and if he need to add how he can add because at this moment he is in Pakistan and not depart yet. How put exit date I mean (from to).

as you have court date and can't be reschedule then u have to attend your court date as you must know the consequences if you missed your court date and don't show up on Nov 29th. Now for your wife's interview, i believe you want to be with her for her moral support but its' up to you if you want to fly back again to go with her for her interview on Dec 7th.
