New Delhi (NDVO) 2017 - Spousal Sponsorship Outside Canada

I am not understanding why NDVO stopped working on spousal PR... almost entering 9th month.. no update afterAor2... they should understand its not just two ppl.. both families are impacted..

Sponsor Approval: May 10, 2017
Medical Request: May 10, 2017
Schedule A: Web form May 19, 2017; Mailed May 23, 2017 PCC: Upfront
ECA In Process: June
13, 2017
AOR2: June 19, 2017
BGC in Process: October 10, 2017

I cancelled my representative on October 12, 2017 and submitted a Web Form Inquiry on November 1, 2017 to confirm if my representative was cancelled and to make sure the information in their system was updated with me being the representative for my husband (I'm the sponsor). While inquiring about the representative updates, I also just stated that my BGC has been in process since October 10, 2017 and if any other additional documents are required. On November 14, 2017 I got a reply stating that my husband's file is in queue for final review and the representative information has been updated. Hope this helps! I don't think anyone has gotten DM since October from NDVO.

okay yeah my BGC started 23rd Oct no info after that...Not sure if my file is also in final review

Few of April Applicants got interview in December. It is more likely seems that they going to give PPR by next year might be they over with the visas this year.

I'am MARCH 28TH applicant still waiting for BGC to start and this is getting so much more frustrating day by day

i know, now i think i will have to go back to see my wife and meet her family. i told them it will take a max of 6 months to 8 months and its already in the 8th month. so sad, upset and depressed.

thats just too long and upsetting. this people have sucked the joy out of our married life. i cant even pray good things about this evil people in NDVO. lets just hope they get what they deserve and god does justice....

I dont know whats the problem of approving tourist visa for spouse. They rejected my spouse`s tourist visa claiming that she has no ties to home country and has more ties with me. I was like, yeah she is my wife.

thats not an excuse to be lazy, i am pretty sure with all the money they make from IRCC, they all live a fancy life with AC and fancy cars and all.
we all deal with extreme weather situations in Canada, that doesn't stop us from working. so why should they????

I sent GC notes request around a week before.

Did you send original PCC or just uploaded online ?

I am Apr 6th applicant and same change happened to me as well. This might be positive moment in our respective files.

Hi guys, I am not able to link my file because of my representative.
My question is, Can I create gckey without removing him.. very frustrated... unable to check live status changes as you guys do. He doesn’t pick the phone. Please suggest. Thanks
