Hi Guyz,
Need you help in Bridging Open Work permit extension.
I am applying online and system is showing total fee for 2 person is $510.
but one of my friend who applied through lawyer, he said he paid $710 (for 2 perons) to CIC for extension.
He was saying, if we are extending bridging open work permit second time then we have to pay CIC $100 extra for 1 person.
Is it like that?

But i am getting $510 fees online. Please advise if someone has extended bridging open work permit 2nd time.

Yes I have applied in August for second time and got my work permit aswell. It should be $510 because open work-permit fees is $100 and application fee $155. There is no additional $100

I'm pretty sure your friend's lawyer lied to him I got friends applying BOWP for the second time paying the same fee as everybody else.

Hi, I applied 15 days before my wp expires and they processed my applicacion in 33 days! (Applied on oct 12) I was thinking withdraw my application, because I received PPR on nov 7... and yesterday (nov 14) I received the work permit approval... so do not trust the processing time!

That's surprising (and mean). They quickly processed your WP to prevent you from getting a refund. Damn!

May 30 applicant. just got my gcms notes. my group name was "Bulk Email PNP Pre-Assessment May 15-31,2016" now it changed to " PACE BH JAN 8".....anybody know what is that mean....

$510 is correct. Lawyers are finding ways to make extra money with us poor PNP PR filers.
