Hi guys. I have just got the message that my application has been rejected due to insufficient PCC. Was expecting this anyway so not that disappointed.
Congrats to all of you who have got the PPR and good luck to everyone still awaiting!
Hi @gurik ,@Scorpman21 i dont know if my file was transferred on 22 August exactly, but i checked it on the next saturday that was 26th August and it said 'We dont need additional documents'. I am guessing my file was transferred on 25th probably (or 23, 24). When should i expect an ip2 (currently am in not applicable). It seems to me that they havent touched 22 august batch as yet, so going by that people from 25 august batch could be pushed even further maybe not even touched in November month, right? My details: June 12 AOR, Medical 12 July. File is at NDVO as confirmed by email. By the way, @gurik , are you from Chandigarh?
Hi there,
There seems to be two batches of June FSWO as of now, one who are getting ip2s in the past days and PPRs today, they have got a real good Visa Officer!
Another batch seems to be our doomed/cursed/delayed slow batch, with a real slow Visa Officer, and hence no update for people like us i.e @pam13, @Scorpman21 and other June folks including you. Really hoping things change for us soon.
Transfer date does not matters much here, as many people who are getting IP2s had 22 & 23 August transfer dates also, its just that maybe our Visa officer is different and we are distributed into 2 different batches. August files were transferred in late September and October and they are getting IP2s, so it all depends when our Visa Officer will be free and how efficient he is in working.

Oh, really sorry to hear this. It must be so painful to wait for so long and get such result!
Don't be disheartened, gather the documents correctly this time. Enter pool, get an ITA and apply again. Many people had refusals and got PPRs again after applying, refusal due to PCC is very common. Try again.
All the best!

Thanks Gurik. Unfortunately, I cannot afford (both financially as well as mentally) to go through the entire process again for now, so this is the end of the road for me.
I will try for other countries or maybe even Canada in a couple of years depending on the programs they have at the time

Let me start that @gurik, I had written my complaint to Ottawa about the working of NDVO, i mentioned to them that there is no sense of prioritization based on the order in which they received the files. Since we also paid all our dues fairly why the heck are we not getting handled in a just way?
There is workload everywhere but holding back applications in the age of digitization whereby those applications could be transferred based on loadsharing literally anywhere is actually saying like we don't think your applications are important. All i got from them is they cant do anything about it and a link to send retrospective feedback and complaints.

I see people with june dates like 15th and others with june dates after 12th (mine) reporting ip2. Are they from a batch (desk) before 22 august or 25 August? The reason am asking this is, people like @scorpan21 and myself with june 12 aor are not seeing updates but someone after us with later aors are reporting ip2. Could this be due to the following:
Is there something wrong or complicated with our files that they chose to skip us for now?
Are these guys with later june aors are luckily in batches earlier than batch 22 or 25?
Or, they are some people left from the ottawa factory who are still reletively luckier than the cio delhi guys to be processed before us.
