i applied for restoration of status, i got ppr last week send my passport for stamping, can i withdraw my application or not?
I contacted CIC via In Canada Case Specific Enquiry - Withdrawal of application. They got back to me within 2 business days.
They probably will reply you like this:
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
A note has been added to your file to notify the responsible office that you wish to withdraw your application. Once the processing of your application begins, the office will determine if the application can be withdrawn and will issue a refund within 16 weeks of the withdrawal, if applicable.
If you have submitted your application with family members and you are the principal applicant, the office will also withdraw their applications.
Please note that the decision to withdraw an application is definitive, and that a new application will require the applicable fees.

Please wait till after landing before withdrawing your application. You are required to be on implied status when you cross the border. Withdrawing your application makes you lose your implied status.
To withdraw your application, raise a case specific enquiry . There is a withdrawal option in the dropdown, select it and state your work permit application number then write an explanation saying you no longer need the work permit as you are now a PR. An officer will get back to you and your application will be withdrawn.
For the health card, you qualify for a one-time 90-day extension. As per the SIN card, I am not sure what happens with that but I don't think it should be a problem.
So I phoned Service Canada. PPR isn't accepted as Confirmation of PR. I only can use the old SIN based on the implied status until the PR confirmation comes.
