under this requirement, can I show my marriage certificate as we recently got married 1 month ago and we don't have insurance or employment benefits ?

You can show that but you are already submitting your Nikkah Nama as its ome of the required documents in the document checklist.

Hi i want to know if my husband is landing in Canada for the first time and i m the one who sponsored do I've to be present here in Canada or i can stay backhome when he arrives?

If your spouse updates her marital status to married in NADRA's records thru an updated NICOP and you as well thru an updated CNIC then you can request a Family Registration Certificate from Nadra. that can be one of the proofs.

Yes I'm pretty sure the sponsor has to be present in Canada. Or u can fly alongside him when he comes.

It means that the actual processing nd final decision will be done in the Londom Visa officer.
