Guys, Can you please guide me about the option numbers to select to get status of my PR card application when dial CIC Customer care number? Somehow I don't find the right option for it..

My family's PR cards got approved and delivered. But mine is still showing as "In Progress"

PR card of My friend who sent his photos on 02/10/2017 has been approved yesterday. He doesn't know when CIC received the photos.

So, they started processing photo received in Oct 2017.

Why did they ask for new photos ?

Landed: September 23, 2017
Review of additional documents changed to "The additional documents you provided are being reviewed": November 8, 2017
New photo request: No (not yet)
PR card approved: waiting
PR card delivered: waiting

I landed on Sep 25 2017
then , it will go to photo request or approved. Now it is the same as yours

But I believe in the e-mail they mention the other address with PO Box. Isn't it?

Did you check your status on your MyCIC account? I landed on Sept. 21 but no updates so far...

Here's what I can see on my account:

Review of medical results You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes. Help - Review of medical results

How can i check status of my pr card application

You can link your PR card application to your MyCIC account. The application no. is on the letter that you received on your landing.

Landed September 13 2017 at Ottawa YOW Airport.
PR Card application linked September 18th.

No change whatsoever to the application. (No documents needed, application still in progress)

Frustrating to see people who have landed much later, already receive their cards. Hoping to see an update on November 14th (after the holiday)

Same, landed September 14. Except "additional docs" are being reviewed. Let's update each other when things move forward.
