Its so unfair...some express entry applicants got their PPR in less than 4months while others are waiting forever to get thiers... the wait is disheartening

It might be the best option considering the heartache and 17months unending wait. One is not sure of the new 17months timing ..

I applied from within canada. Under pnp (without job offer) paper based.
Application submitted on 3rd may 2016
AOR on july 6th. 2016
Medicals on nov 3 2016 which was in a week.
Medicals expired last week. No mews from them....Still waiting.

I came to india on 28th nov 2016. I changed my address with cic during december. Meanwhile my TRV expired. Till now no change except medicals passed.
