In interview letter they provided old link of forms so we fill up updated version of all forms.
imm5562 you cannot save it, need to fill up and print.

Explain the plan and provide proof of preparation of Walima.
When did u guys apply?

Write a cover letter to explain the situation and convince them that walima is going to take place once pr is granted and provide tangible proofs like those who submitted with the application, e.g:

1) If walima hall is not booked yet then print out of quotations received from 2/3 prospective venues.
2) tentative guest list
3) receipts of dresses of both
4) receipt of jewellery to be worn om Walima

Give them proof that you are actually going to have a function/party.

i had a question in regards to NIC and passport for my wife whom I am sponsoring. I have already sent the application last month and i am waiting for an AOR1. The photocopies of her NIC and passport i sent with the application were made before marriage so it includes her fathers name instead of mine as the husband. i wanted to get that changed and wanted to know 1. should I do that now? 2. should i just change to include my name on her CNIC/PP as husband and 3. she wants to change her last name to my name, should i do that now and will i need to send a webform with new photocopies and also advise them of her name change? or should i wait until shes here in Canada and then change her last name to mine?

You don't need to wait for the lawyer to order the notes for you. You would have to order the notes by yourself/spouse.

Regarding your query, you should not change the name now because then you most likley will have to withdraw this application as the travel document (pp), cnic and pr application forms, everything has her previous name.
