Hi,
I need to get a gift deed from a notary in India. I don't have any idea about the process. Do I need to type the content on an A4 sheet or the Notary types the details himself? Plus, is it mandatory for the donor to be present at the time of notarization of documents?
Hi,
There are no set rules on this, it just depends on the Notary. I would suggest you write it and then go to the Notary together with the gift giver as they must sign.

I am creating EE profile and have below queries:
1. In education details, for institution name nd city what i need give, college name or university?
Put what is written on your certificate. If it was distance learning write {by correspondence} next to the name.
CITY- put where the university is located.
Where it asks- where did this activity take place (personal history) put the actual city you studied in.
2. In work history, under employer name there is city/town, is it work location?
If there is an actual office where you worked put that city. If not put the head office details.
What if my company address in reference letter is different from work location?
(reference letter is issued by Bangalore office, but i was working in Trivandrum office)
This wont be an issue. However, you can explain it in your LOE.

Hi all,
I would like to inquire and clarify some items regarding post-ITA form submission:
1. Spouse's foreign work experience is not relevant to CRS score. I placed it for our EE but will proceed to delete it and instead place it as part of personal history, as recommended in other posts and will write an LOE that we are not able to claim CRS points for it anyways. Would like to confirm that this is acceptable?
2. We have an existing Australian police clearance as of July 2017. Is this still valid for eAPR submission this November? I know it should be valid for at least 6 months, but I read in other forums that police clearance is only good for 3 months?
3. I am currently in Australia on a bridging visa and will be here as I finish the eAPR. Should I declare my main residence as here or my address in my home country since I am technically not based here yet (my tourist visa is still active, and as per Australian immigration that takes precedent over bridging visa).
Hoping for your assistance on these inquiries!
Thanks very much!
Regards,
Anne

This is perfect.

July is fine. The instructions clearly say no more than 6 months old.

Should I declare my main residence as here or my address in my home country since I am technically not based here yet (my tourist visa is still active, and as per Australian immigration that takes precedent over bridging visa).
I would put my home country address.
Hoping for your assistance on these inquiries!
Thanks very much!

Hello all please help with my financial balance query. I see for a family of 3 we need to show around $19000 cad. I also read it’s has to be 6 months average balance. Does this mean at any point of time within 6 months my savings - debts should never be lower than $19000 cad can anyone clarify please.

Thank you so much for the response!
I'd like to add though, is it okay for my mailing address to still be in Australia since I'm currently here? I declared under travel history that I am here for tourism purposes, which is technically true. However, I placed as my residential address my home country address.
Should I also declare the address here in Australia under my address history?
Thank you so much! Sorry for the confusing questions, I'm a little confused on how to respond while ensuring accuracy of the application.
Thanks!
I need some suggestion for my already submitted eAPR. I am a bit worried now as answer to one question in my eAPR doesnt match my EE profile. I realised it after submission of eAPR.
In my Express Entry profile I answered yes to questions, Has XXXX applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?” and “Has XXXX applied for Express Entry before?”. I also entered my old EE profile number (which was rendered not eligible prevoiusly but I received a UCI). I thought I am being asked about any previous express entry profiles I created.
However, in my eAPR application, I answered “no” to the “Has XXXX applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?” Here I thought; I am being asked about any previous permanent residency applications or any other visa applications made to IRCC.
I never applied to IRCC for any visa or permanent residency previously.
did I answer the question correctly or should I send a CSE. I am just worried about changing the information in eAPR.
Thanks a lot.
Hi,
Could someone tell me whether I am eligible to apply for EE?
Age: 31,
Experience : 5 yrs(apprx)
IELTS score: S - 6.5, W - 6.5, L - 8, R - 7
Education: BE(4yrs)
Status:Single
Also I am confused about the 67 points minimum and CRS points and in my case what would be the respective points?
Thanks

Yes, that's ok.

Yes, I would since its a fairly long stay.

For the sake of clarity you can give an explanation of all this in your LOE.

Hello Everyone,
I got my Master degree transcript in general envelope instead of an official academic institute envelope though it is sealed and have a signature is on the back flap of the envelope perfectly.
Please suggest should I send the transcript to WES? Thanks!

Hi,
To qualify for the Federal Skilled Worker Program you need to have at least 67 points. You have 68, so you qualify.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp
Your CRS score is low-365, however, if you improve you IELTS score to L8 and 7 in WRS your score will jump to 418 or so, which gives you a good chance next year.

So I would advise you retake the IELTS test.

Hi,
There is indeed an inconsistency but I do not think it warrants a CSE. Their system will tell them everything.
I wouldn't worry.

The method of payment is irrelevant. What they need to know is whether you were paid or not. So all you need to mention is xyz earned a salary of $12345 per year including bonuses and allowances.

Cool. Thanks for the information and all the best to you too.
