what is the difference between file in Ottawa and in Sydney? May 30th applicant and waiting for DM and PPR as well.

Your file will be in Sydney till they make a decision. Only an online transfer take place to Ottawa To issue PPR. This is what an agent told me.

I have a query. 6 May 2016 applicant waiting for DM & PPR.
Just got an update in my gckey “ your action is required “ but I have received no email .
Till day before today the medical was showing as passed but today it is showing “If you need a medical exam , a message with instructions will be sent to you.”

But I haven’t received any email/message .

Please can someone guide here what to do.

If you did your medical exam upfront, it's similar to me. I was in the same case in the beginning of October. My medicals was expiring in November 26. The agent internally requested an extension of the medical results and it has been approved. My medicals are now valid until until November 2018.

I'm May 30 applicant. My MP and the call center told me exactly the same thing. Everything passed except security (Not started). But they also said that it is "possible" that it has started but it has not been updated by the agent yet. I would like to believe that it has started and the agent did not update

What we should do in this situation?
Why it is not started?
I'm sad, upset

Nope .. u will find DM in your Ecas login
