It seems that the main key point for process is
How many days you left canada during eligibility period ??? I guess who has ZERO days out will be processed quicker.

Do not forget that they need to check border agency and Tax for clarify things....

I believe that more days out means more time to process... let us post how many days people who received AOR left canada???

How did you update your address on ecas if you haven't received AOR yet ?

Only way to reach them is via phone or via the webform. But they can't really help till you get AOR (file reference number).

For the people that recieved AOR...Congrats !
I was wondering what that means in terms of timeline for your citizenship test date.
I know you guys will recieve the discover canada book in order to study for it but do they provide a date for the test or does anyone know how long till these lucky mofo’s get a date to write it ?

No they all did go through but i recieved an email from them on how to claim a refund a few days later..they were pretty quick with the refund..waiting on the AOR now !

Also, i recently recieved a tax reassement for 2016 with some taxes owing..do you think it could be reason for delay in processing or recieving AOR..i have paid all taxes owing in full but just wondering if it could have delayed the process here..damn these capital gains on stocks !!

Received AOR with attachment at 1:30pm (EST) for myself and 1:45pm (EST) for child.

Package was delivered on October 16th received by MIKE!

I made 1 mistake for question 11 where I only checked the 'YES' boxes that applied to me and did not check the 'NO' box for the options that did not apply to me. So for the members who made that same mistake, you all can sleep more comfortably tonight. AOR will arrive soon

My application was delivered on Oct 16 and I sent it to P.O. box. I’m single applicant.
