is it the tie breaker compare each candidate score in the pool.
or it will compare only the guys seating on the cutoff score.

tie breaking rule only if your CRS score is same as Cut off.. if you are above, then no need to worry..
but yes, when the score is same , it is very frustrating wait , to know whether you are in the ITA pick or not..

I got in but it feels kinda bittersweet. Sad to be a part of such a depressing draw. Will try and make it up by helping with any questions/info I can.

it is very surprise that since May we haven't seen CRS drop below 430 but still there are only 3241 candidates on 421-430 range and only 3946 from 411-420 range. This is quite less compare to previous years and less people being added every month.

these ranges will be flushed away quickly from January if CIC will issue more ITAs.

So I m hoping we will be seeing lowest CRS ever in next year.

Hi guys,

Surprising draw indeed, but do not lose hope. This is only a temporary increase in the scores. The fact remains that more candidates are going to be invited soon in order to meet the 2018 target. So do not worry. Last year it happened for a few draws then there was a rapid fall in the scores. So I repeat, DO NOT LOSE HOPE. All is well.
