Yes I submitted but again they asking these dox and I have only divorce notice and divorce certificate from union council but reconcellatiom not available , also as per them our divorce seems not ok plz advise what to do any suggestion if I don’t have letter of reconcellation

i was just askin u this as i did submit my divorce documents as im the sponsor and they hvnt come back askin me for any additional documents yet in regards to my divorce ..

What documents do I send and how?Do I upload online - how?
I am Canadian Citizen applied for wife. 2nd Medical is requested already.

Ok make sure they dont tell u the basic stuff that u can read from the MYCIC. Did you ask them any specific questions?

Yes I asked her if her information will be as top level as GCkey she said no they will tell them what stage they are on etc. I asked a few questions but honestly at this point I just wanna know what stage they are on and if there is anything wrong with our application.

Since you applied in Aug 2016 - same as me, I want to know if you already knew beforehand that your file was in interview queue or did you just find out?

I just found out. Like they sent the email on 6th November that's when I got to know. Did you also get an interview date?

I believe you can accompany your wife in for an interview. In the Pakistani Applicants spreadsheet there is a tab on Interview questions. Check out that tab for possible questions. See link below.

If you know why you were put in an interview queue, the good people of the forum can help you with specific questions they might ask. Do you know why they have requested your wife appear in an interview? Any red flags on your file?

You can provide them scan of birth certificate via email or web form. I think you should start looking for getting a canadian temporary passport for your baby so s/he can travel to canada when your wife gets her PR.

The Medical is scheduled for Nov 21. We came to USA and had baby here. It is closer to Canada and I can go back and forth. How do I apply for a temporary passport?

Hi all plz help to advise what to do we received below mail today from LVO saying they are not satisfied from our relationship asking for below;

described above: divorce documents for you and your first wife Mst Safia: the Notice of Talaq, the three Union Council/Arbitration Council notices of reconciliation and the Certificate of Divorce; an account of the reasons for your divorce and for re-marrying one year later; an explanation for the delay in submitting this application. You should also provide evidence of ongoing communication over the past year as well as any evidence of return visits from your sponsor since the application was submitted unquote:

Ok, so you have the notice of divorce and you have your divorce certificate. That means you have half the required items. They are asking you for union council reconciliation notices. These are sent to you after the Union Council receives the notice of divorce. They send 3 notices approximately 1 month apart. If you have lost the notices, please go to the Union Council and ask them for a copy. They will have the originals in your file which is at the Union Council. Take the letter from CIC with you to explain why you need them. You will need to provide these. No need to stress out, just go to the Union Council and ask for a copy.
