Guys can you help me to understand a timeline.

Like my application was transferred to LVO on 29th Aug 2017 as my case was processed through the lawyer I checked the status online at services3.cic.gc.ca and it says:

When can I expect the status to be changed ? Pls advice as it seems that I have to wait until May 2018.

In the coming weeks/month. Lots of April 2017 applicants got DM/PPR on Nov 1. So next turn is of May applicants. Keep following up from your lawyer.

I have a question,my children lives in Karachi ages b/w 9-4,2 of them born in USA and 2 in PK,They all have Canadian Passport which they got it from Canadian embassy in PK as I am Canadian Citizen.Now I am planning to move Canada with wife and children. At air port do the FIA need NICOP or Pakistani Passport from my children to show them or just Canadian Passport to travel Canada?
Last time when I was travelling to Canada I showed them Canadian Passport and they ask me about NICOP.I am confused do I need to obtain NICOP for my children as well?

what will happen if someone has all the other occassion pictures but Nikah Nama signing pictures were not taken. Pictures of Nikah ceremony is there. but signing nikah nama pictures are not there.

hopefully there won't be any issues but when you send them pictures of your wedding and other occassions, write them a letter in detailed and explain why there are no Signing of NN pictures. I believe they will understand the situation

I am not sure about interviews, but definitely take as many as you can. Maybe about 75-100 good quality pictures of all events/dinners/selfies etc and the rest can be 2 pics per page printed from a good coloured printer. No electronic devices or usbs are allowed in there so print everything off and organize neatly. Take lots of communication proof as well with pictures. If relationship genuineness is the issue, I would take receipts of gifts, money transfers, shopping, dinners, outings, trips, etc with me in another folder just in case.

These days LVO is sending requests to applicants to provide nikkah nama signing pics. If you don't have pics but you have the video of the ceremony, then you can take screenshots from the video and print them as pictures.

If you don't have pics/video then you must write a letter of explanation and give reason why there are no pictures/video of nikkah nama signing.

I also didn't have any pics/video of nikkah nama signing. So i included a letter from my mosque in my application which confirmed that my Nikkah was conducted there and that photography is not permitted in that mosque. I did not get any additional doc request from LVO.

It doesn't make sense for airport employees to demand NICOP because the kids are Canadians with a Canadian passport. Some people just like to make useless issues so if anyone bothers you about it, simply say it's irrelevant because they don't need NICOP to travel to Canada.
