My gut tells me there will be another one on Friday. Such draws are normally followed up by another one a few days or a week afterwards. We will just have to wait and see.
No, WES and IQAS do the same thing. You can choose who you want to be assessed by. No need for both to do it.
In the EE profile, when you enter each credential, the system will ask you for an ECA reference number, which will be on the ECA report you get. If you have many credentials they can be assessed by different accredited bodies without a problem.
I'm really confused regarding the picture that I should attach: Should I just scan a 35 MM X 45 MM picture (31 MM < head size < 36 MM) using a scanner with 600 dpi (dots per inch) as a minimum resolution and saving the scanned picture as a JPEG file?

1) Yes, my master's was outside Canada
2) I have done 5 months internship (during last semester) and converted into Full time employment and continued for 8 months.
My wife and I applied for Permanent Residence Application alone without the help of any representative.I submitted e-APR on Oct 29,2017,Today,I received a message in my account from IRCC that in order to continue with the review of application form,I need to submit "Representative submission letter:Letter from paid representative" within 7 days.
Is there anybody else also who received the same message even in the absence of use of a Representative. Can you please suggest what should be my next course of action.Should I just state on blank paper that as ' I've not used any representative(paid/unpaid) and this seems to be an error" and upload the same.
Also, while submitting e-APR,I selected option 'No' to the question whether I would like to have any Representative.
I really wish to receive some advice soon.
Thank you
