November started. Any updates guys?. It’s been 19 months now. But as per CIC website, processing time for PNP - PR application is 16 months. Living away from spouse is such a horrible pain. Feeling frustrated

Yes I am feeling the same .its a year now I didn’t see him. Waiting to start a new life together desperately. I don’t know when this will end

Well we called him today and he said its in process. Wedlnt have any way of knowing when it changed though. I dont know wat else are the steps before the PPR. Will they send a DM frst?

Hello can anyone suggest me.
Today I received my passport with COPR.
I am BC applicant and on COPR, province of destination BC. But i received my Passport on my friends address in ontario because i am on vacation..!
So i am confused can i do my landing process in ontario?
I called CIC agent, she was bit confused

4-5 weeks ago call centre agent told me we took action. In that action today I got this reply from officer :

Guys I have a bad news..
I applied for BOWP and got rejected today as my PNP certificate has restriction on employment. So who ever has that same condition or restriction will be refused for BOWP.. Now i have to quit job and apply for restoration and this will affect my PR process as my situation has changed.. This is so unfair.. Its their mistake or i should say lack of competency that they didn't do their job well and now i have to leave my job.. Frustrated..

I don't feel like staying in this country anymore..

April 7 - Application date.

if your pnp certificate is still valid (not expired) you can do flag pole and get a closed work permit.
If it is expired you can get a extension on ur pnp certificate and do flag pole afterwards

if there were restriction on PNP certificate why u applied open work permit???I think in case of restriction your employer also have to pay some fee and fill forms. On my nominee certificate there ws no restriction. I got 1year extention last week.

Bridging permit is always open and that is what i was advised by CIC agents.. I checked with the call center and that is what they asked me to do..

then you should apeal and complaint about wrong guidence by their agent
