November started. Any updates guys?. It’s been 19 months now. But as per CIC website, processing time for PNP - PR application is 16 months. Living away from spouse is such a horrible pain. Feeling frustrated

Actually I don't mind the waiting no more... More of craving a chance to take family for a trip when landing. We are planning landing from Alaska. JUNE 10 2016 applicant with spouse waiting for BG

Guys how to talk with a customer representative, I been tried to call many times but hang up by auto answering systems.. and calling to cic increase our process time ? Thanks

nah call agents' job is to answer our phone...they don't make any decision anyway, for sure talking to them won't affect your process time.

just called cic and my BG not started yet June 13 applicant..and she said the they cant take action for now..she just told me to call after 4mos..like february 25..and that is the time they can take action with my file..

Hi there, how did you get the MP to respond? I sent an email to mine and never get a respond.... thanks.

i suggest you walk in the MP office and tell them what happens to you case. the assistant will let you fill an info form and ask you for a UCI.
