Yup you are right! ATM, trying to guesstimate when PPR will come and COPR to book flights asap.

This whole process is so stressful.... but following fellow applicants' progress through spreadsheet and having senior members like yourself answer questions makes this process much more bearable. It really depends on your luck and the volume of work at the embassy. When i got ppr in may, it was ramzan and people were getting pprs left right and centre, we thought we will get our pp in a week or less since i live in isb but i actually got it after 18 days. Thank god we had booked our ticket with a margin of 25 days so that saved us.
