I applied for WES ECA but I can't find ECA certificate number in fact the Title of the report is CREDENTIAL EVALUATION AND AUTHENTICATION REPORT and not EDUCATIONAL CREDENTIAL ASSESSMENT FOR CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION CANADA

I hope you created the account in WES Canada and not WES USA

In the Education History should i specify complete academic years?

10 years schooling + 2 years intermediate + 4 years bachelors + 2 years Masters(Master degree is WES Assessed)

is this correct?

and one more how can I convert my IELTS score (R:7 L:6 W:6 S:6.5) into CLB? what is the CLB score for me?

Thank you so much for replying. One question can you help me understand how does this ECA work in EE profile? I update the information i get from WES on my college degree and then I further update IQAS evaluation on my profile as and when I get it?

No, WES and IQAS do the same thing. You can choose who you want to be assessed by. No need for both to do it.

In the EE profile, when you enter each credential, the system will ask you for an ECA reference number, which will be on the ECA report you get. If you have many credentials they can be assessed by different accredited bodies without a problem.

1) In my education history I provided 4 years Bachelors + 2 years Masters, and I got both of them accessed by WES which said Canadian Master's equivalent
2) R7, L6, W6, S6.5 will result in a lower CRS score. You need at least L8 and 7.5 or more in other sections to see a jump of 50 or so points in your CRS.
3) So long as your CRS is above 450 you can be rest assured that given the current trends you'll get ITA

My gut tells me there will be another one on Friday. Such draws are normally followed up by another one a few days or a week afterwards. We will just have to wait and see.

It's inconsistent hey. Some do some don't. It's best to check your account regularly.

I have 5 months of part time work experience(during full time master's degree) + 8 months (Converted into full time) what is my total work experience?

Do I qualify into 12 months work experience under FSW Requirement?

Follow the instructions below:


Frame size

• The final frame size of the photo must be at least 35mm x 45mm.
• The photographs must show a full front view of the head and tops of shoulders, with the face in the middle of the photograph.
• The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31mm and 36mm.
• Digital dimensions are often expressed in pixels or DPI (dots per inch). The physical dimensions in pixels must be at least 420 x 540.

Quality/resolution

If an existing photo is being scanned, the minimum resolution must be 600 pixels per inch.

File format

• The file may be submitted in JPEG or JPEG2000 format.
• The final size of the image should ideally be 240 kB (kilobytes), but not less than 60 kB.
• The image must be in colour (24 bits per pixel) in RGB colour space, which is the common output for most digital cameras.
