can you update my status on the tracker?

I have just received AOR today (30th) it seems? but with the application number they provided, i still can not find my application status on IRCC webiste...is this a mistake?

the letter from CIC is addressed to my name and residence address tho.

Did you mail it to the courier address or PO box ?

Congratulations, I just updated the tracker. Try again after 24 hours. Sometimes there's a bit of delay between the AOR email and access to the website.

Also try with your UCI just in case.
