They will give you offer letter 4 months before of your intake...I got admit for January intake in August 8th for electrical and computer engineering

I applied on 29th September for May/Summer Intake in ECE MEng. On 15 October my application status changed to In Process. On 23rd October my application status remained same but the date changed to 23rd October. Yesterday i have sent an email to MEng department and they are saying that my application is with graduate studies. What do you people say how long will it take to get the result. Also what are my chances of acceptance?

I had applied for sep2018 intake for M.Eng in electrical and computer engineering in Windsor University ,,but my application got rejected ,,and I got that mail few hours ago
I don't know ,,they didn't specify any reason ,,they just stated that you are not admitted.And I had 67% in BE and IELTS of 7
