LVO is any Local Visa Office outside Canada (London, NVDO, Paris, etc) whereas any Visa Office inside Canada is referred as CPC (Ottawa, Sydney, etc).

My timeline is absolutely similar to yours....my AOR date is 20 Aug 2017 and my CRS was 414, ITA on 31 May...ip2 on th October....I also hope to get it soon

I dont know if this is wierd but my status on the documents changed from no additional documents required to "Additional documents provided by by you are being reviewed" . My understanding is that i am on IP2 . Is this normal?

I called CIC on Thursday and they told me that everything has bern passed medical eligibility criminality security and the file is at ottawa for final review, anyone has any idea how long will it take for the issue of PPR?

Yes ..its normal ..It changed for me too and I know it changed for lot others too.

How do you get to see these changes?
Do you get mail for account updation?
Or does it get updated when you login to your profile?
Or it is just that you got to see it when you were randomly checking your account ?

there is no email. You just notice when you login that the status has changed for the docs sections.
