I completed a degree in University of Essex Online (Kaplan Open Learning) which offers degrees awarded by the University of Essex. Will it be approved ? do i choose University of Essex or Others when choosing the school attended ?

You should choose the name of the University or Institute which is mentioned on your degree. The course must be approved by the national authorities, for WES to approve it and provide a Canadian equivalence. The final decision rests with WES.

Sept 12: Account created.
Sept 27: Documents reached WES.
Oct 5: WES : Recieved and reviewing documents.
Oct 11: Reviewing Evaluation Report - Due date given -Oct 31.
Oct 28: Reviewing Final Report.
Oct 30: Completed.

Waiting for the paper report. Is the paper report same as the PDF?

WES timeline for 3 diplomas & a bachelor degree.

24th Aug: Document sent.
29th Aug: Document delivered.
9th Sep: Received & reviewing documents.
11th Oct: Evaluation in progress & due date 22nd Oct.
22nd Oct: Report delivered.
22nd Oct: Requested to revise the eca report.
24th Oct: Revised report delivered.

Note: No verification done from institute.

Hey Guyz can some one tell me : Do i need to also send Them Xerox Copies also with Original

If Yes How Many Copies Should i send ?

I sent only copies of the originals.
My university sent just copies of the academic transcript on their envelope.
All documents accepted.

Status updated to Documents Received - 21st Oct.
No update since then.

Mine is still on Hold from 24.10.17, even though I replied them what to do on 25.10.17.

I think the time of accepting docs also depends on number of degrees.

Yes, it's just printed copy of the online report.

I think the time of accepting docs also depends on number of degrees.

Coz one of the diplomas I sent they are not accepting. Which I told them to proceed with the others instead.

I called WES and they told me that the documents have been accepted and the estimated date of completion of evaluation is 10th Nov. But, the account still shows the old status. It's a bit weird.

Anyone else faced a similar issue?

October 9 - payment made
October 21 - review of documents
October 23 - review of documents
October 26- review of documents
October 30 - review of evaluation report
ECA report due on November 17.

WES is pretty slow. But, dont worry, they get the job done and will update it soon. send them an enquiry through their contact form, they ll get it sorted.

Dont worry. My report took around 45 days lol
