I am Feb 2017 applicant and have not heard anything yet from LVO. I wanted to know since my case is a little complicated with previously divorced PA and SPR.

1) When do I expect to get interview or additional document ? How many times they conduct interviews, I know there is one going on in Nov 2017 but I am not on it.

2) What are the chances of getting refusal without interview or additional document ? I am now thinking of the worst case ?

1) How do you know you are in the interview queue? People get add doc request after 6-8 months. LVO coducts interviews every quarter.

2) They won't refuse your case without asking for additional docs/ explanation or an interview.

I ordered GCMS notes on Aug 2017 they mentioned about the temporary held for CPC-M back office. Everything else looked normal. Do you think it is normal ?

Perfectly normal! Keep ordering GCM notes monthly. Just because it's a second marriage, it doesn't mean you'll be in the interview queue. If they want to refuse your case, they will send you a PFL first. Don't lose hope - keep praying.

Yes seems normal as some officers have backlog. What date did u receive request for CSQ?

Not request it was mentioned in London Visa office ACK email to submit CSQ if you are resident of Quebec so I did that.

I just wanted to know, the complicated case take more time ? For example maybe they will wait till 12 months and then send me a PFL letter or interview request ?
