Thank you. I don't see a slot in my application! But the letter asking for this form clearly says to upload in MyCIC. I am confused. Below is the text.

" Release of Information IMM5475: A signed and completed Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual form (IMM5475) bearing original signatures.

Please upload these documents to your MyCIC account by: 2017/10/31.

Please note:

The above information/documents must be received within 7 days from the date of this correspondence. If this deadline is not met, your application will be assessed based on the information that was provided with your application and your application could be refused.


If the documents are not already in English or French, all documents must be accompanied by English or French translations by certified translators. When original documents are requested, you must upload the original documents to MyCIC. We do not accept copies signed by notaries. "

If there isn't a slot, then i suggest webform. you could also raise a technical report. It seems that you have designated someone like a lawyer or consultant on your application, hence why they need u to provide that form. You could also call cic to see if an agent can suggest anything else.

Anyone in similar situation - AOR October 1st. No update since then. I have quite long travel history (mostly because of business trips) - could this be why it is taking so long?
I am CEC Inland.

Average medical update for CEC is 19 days. I am oct 9th.

Hello Everyone.

One of my friend received ITA on Oct 4th under CEC and applied/AOR on Oct 5th. His WP is about to expire on oct 27th , applied BOWP yesterday. He needs to go to India for at least 3-4 weeks for important family events. Current processing time for WP is more than 80 days.

Can he go to any boarder and do a flagpole and get the BOWP ? If this is not possible what is the other possible way to get a proper travel document to get back into canada ?

Not sure if someone answer you but he needs to apply for a visitor visa in order to come back in canada.

"We are processing your BGC..." is the wording for IP2. If it was NA before and changed to "We are processing your BGC...", then this should be IP2.

it generally takes 5 working days for the clinic to upload e-medicals to CIC. You may contact the clinic through mail/phone and ask them to confirm.

i have AOR of 14oct. no status change as of now. i am also waiting for FBI PCC. so till what stage my application will proceed and remain there till i update my FBI PCC?

Applied OCT 5TH CEC

Application got cancelled OCT 22 due to a document mistake.

I have scanned a copy of my PCC from my home country because the original has been sent to Sydney for my previous PNP PR Application.

Will reapply again as soon as the draw come up.

Do you mind sharing what kind of doc mistake was it?? Because i have also applied through PNP PR in my old file which is still pending from last 17 months
