They are over the quota so that's why it getting delay

Added spouse jan 30th
Spouse medical Req and additonal documents May 23 2017
After that no update

Today I talked to cic agent, they said our file is in progress and in last stage. they are working on security.hopefully will get ppr by15 November. If it is not come after 15 so we should apply for visa extension..
