kinda off topic here, but my wife is coming back from lahore to toronto.

when she left from pearson, she used etihad's online check-in thing. does anyone know if lahore airport also allows online check-in?

It does allow online check in but you won’t be able to generate a mobile boarding pass. They dont have the facilities for it so you still need to get your boarding pass from the check in counters.

If april 2017 applicant got interview but Jan 2017 still haven't heard anything does it mean that the interview will be waived or they can be asked later?

Usually they send a separate email for medical requests within 2 days. Or they have attached a pdf which outlines the medical request. Check your email again.

Files are not worked upon systematically as each visa officer is different. As it has been more than 9 months that you have applied, then find out by asking for a status update and ordering notes.

That sucks. Why don't u email them for status update or inquire through MP. Kuch pata tou chale k ho Kya raha hai?
