Bill replied you in another thread with the most suitable answer. Main thing is your status change to DIP again, if it is not changed it means they have not looked into your reply yet. Try to get AOR from them in email, just to be sure. There was one rejection seen in OINP due to the same situation. Candidate sent the ADR docs but did not received AOR and eventually her case was refused due to the non availability of ADR. (Though some people did not get AOR in past but their status change in OINP account gave them surety of receiving ADR)

In my opinion you should again resend your email reply to OINP for getting AOR.

I called up OINP on Monday and the customer care lady said that HCP stream is facing a backlog, having received many applications. She said the officers are working on it and I should be hearing something soon. I asked her if anything was required from my end, she checked after taking file number from me and said that it didn't seem like there is any additional detail required.
Standard reply really..... still on their backlog story.....

Any suggestions from your side on how I can proceed will be much appreciated.

Hey i have been nominated under stream of international student with job offer(employer driven) on July 2017.
I also got noi for trade streamon my active ee file.
Can I apply for nomination again?or do i have to withdraw the employer one and then only i can apply for trade stream .
I am super confused please help me

Hi friends,

I hope this post will help my other mates who are on the same page of waiting for decision after PFL.

1.I submitted my PFL inquiry reply on 19th August and since then my status is showing "awaiting information"
I called OINP office today,and the officer said that they havent even seen my profile after getting my reply.So he will forward my file to case officer asap.He also adviced me that once case officer will go through the file , my status will change to DIP and then I will expect to have decision shortly.
In our conversation,he mentioned twice that today he will request case office to go through the file asap.

2.I will be turning 30 on 7th December and loosing crs score to 398 from 403.
I asked them that if I wont get any decision by that time,will my new crs score(398)affect my profile?
He said that the day you submitted your profile,your age has been locked
so if you are loosing points and going below 400 mark due to age,it wont affect your file.But if your CRS will drop due to any other factor apart from age , it will affect your process.

3.My question: what if the quota of 6000 will be filled up and then after I will get nomination?
His reply: we will give you withheld nomination , which means you will get nomination early next year.

If you already have AOR then you are good to go. Nobody can predict the timeline for Nomination of PFL cases as they are already out of their time limit (60 days). Just hang tight you will get your nomination soon! Till now I have not seen any refusal for OINP Nomination. Whoever has applied got Nomination.

I think OINP is now sorting Master Graduate and PHD candidates and that is why no new nomination in HCP, waiting waiting and waiting. Any new nomination please let us know.
