My time line as follows:
exploratory visit: Nov, 2015
EOI to Nov, 2015
EOI acceptance after 5 days of EOI.
PAN- April, 2016
Interview: July, 2016
Confirmation of Nomination: July, 2016
Deposit 100K: Oct, 2016
Received final nomination: Oct, 2016
Application to CIC: Nov, 2016
UCI no and file transfer to Singapore visa office: Feb, 2017
current status: In process.

yes. its long. but processing time is 16 months. so, there is no way than wait..
