In this scenario, what will you recommend an applicant should do if he is in 387 CRS points with NOC2281/2282?

Sir, it will be great if you can recommend something here as I think he can't apply to OINP HCF for the time being. thanks

You can try to improve your IELTS score to at least get the band score that you will get the maximum CRS score. I am saying this because no one knows whether OINP will still proceed to send NOI's to ICT professions below 400 CRS.

I got PPR following nomination from Ontario and I've given my passports for visa stamping to ADVO.
It's been nearly 5 weeks since then and there's no update. Responsible VO was London and they specifically asked me to send the passports to Abu Dhabi visa office. I'm in need of my passport back urgently. Any views on how long it might take??? I've contacted both London and Abu Dhabi visa offices by web form and email already. No reply yet...

I have been a silent reader here. I got a procedural fairness request September 20th requesting that I confirm the right NOC to classify my experience and provide supporting documentation. I submitted all of these last week and got another mail today to authorize WES to share the results of my ECA report. Anyone else been in this situation? What could be next? I'm nervous and hopeful at the same time.
