Hi there I called cic call center today to enquire about my status they told me that they are doing my background check. But I got no Mr yet any one in same boat. August 25 applicant.

Yes, same thing August 15 applicant. Called them already 5 or 6 times same answer all the time.

One of my friend is May 2016 applicant, he went to see MP to inquire about his file but CIC told MP that file is in final stage of decision since they have to process certain number of file for each category each year thats the reason his file is delayed but he will get ppr by first week of January.

Those who have applied under pnp every year they work on certain numbers of file.it didnt take longer like this.most applicants got pr with 11 months.
