Hello all,
Need ur advise pls help me.
Me , My wife and my son came to Canada on PR on April,2013 and went back home in June,2013 then again come back to Canada in July,2014.
Do we need to submit PCC for back home stay?
My son was 12 years old in 2013 when we went back home is he also need PCC?
Count all the days you were in India between October 12, 2013 and October 12, 2017
If that number is more than 183, you need a police certificate
It is completely irrelevant when you landed as a PR, why you were in india or how long each trip was. Simply count all the days in the last four years.
That is all.
Only children over 14 need PCCs. So if he was under 14 when he was in india, those days don't count.

if I bring a Police certificate what should I say in the Explanation ?!! it is already explained in the calculator ?!
Should I leave Explanation blank or write N/A or say it is already explained in the calculator !!
Don't send copies of boarding pass and tickets unless asked for it later.
If you transfer flights in the US, you must first enter the US. You should remember that you actually went through US customs before taking the next flight. This means the US was the first destination of your travel. List all other destinations in the "Reason" field as requested in the calculator.
Sorry to bother again , so from what I understood and think is right - if was transiting with boarding pass issued for final destination -In reasons I'll say
"Vacation, traveled via USA (Boston-Washington-Paris)".
