Hi Guys,
I sent some documents to LVO after visiting my spouse last month and they came back to me with this Email. I thought I should keep you guys in the loop. I am Dec 2016 applicant and my file still waiting on Initial review.
Email Reply from LVO;
Dear Sir/ Madam,
Thank you for your message. Please note that we can only accept unzipped PDF, JPG or .doc files that are attached to an email, totaling less than 5 MB. You may submit separate emails.

It means that you don't have to send a zipped file to them. Reply on the same email and split your documents to more than 1, send separate emails and ensure that each attachment is less than 5mb.
This relates to a whole other discussion. Kinza Bee mentioned a case where the prospective PA had applied for and been granted TRV after their engagement. So as soon as they got married the PA came to CAnada to spend time with the sponsor. To that i suggested they could also have applied for IN canada spousal sponsorship. And the PA couldv had implied status after the TRV expires. OWP too. So that was the context.

@Samlia Use SmallPDF to merge multple files into a single pdf document. Then Compress the PDF using the same service, Small PDF. This is what i used to bring my total soze down from 30 mbs to under 4. And had 18 different supporting documents, main letter of explanation and few other things in a single pdf file that i then uploaded onto MyCIC and emailed LVO. And yes you can merge jpegs with PDFs too.
can anyone here tell me the process to send Schedule A form to them? I have received an email from CIC for Schedule A but they have not instructed how to send this.. do i need to send it to Mississauga office through post?

If your application is linked to MyCIC you will see a slot opened up for you to upload it. If that is not possible for you, use the IRCC webform. You can also courier it to CPC-M with the pdf letter you rcvd from CIC requesting schedule A.

When my husband went for his Medical exam in Pakistan, they said the procedure is going to be 90 days. Is this normal? The letter we received said that it needs to be done within 30 days, I dont know what to do. Does anyone know or can someone guide me on this?

No, so we got an email that he needs to get his medical done, that was on October 4 2017. His appointment was yesterday so he went to the clinic, when he went the doctor there said that the medical examination, and everything takes 90 days, and that he will get his reports after 90 days. They said they wanted to do checks ups on lungs and other things. He went to the panel doctor posted on the CIC Website in Lahore.

Is this his first medical or did he get a furtherance medical request? Usually if something in the first medical is not right, they send a furtherance medical request to check other stuff. The first medical is done in a few hrs and the clinic uploads result within a week.
