There is no time for that. You will receive notification from CIC in few minutes after receiving Nomination.

Alternatively, you call OINP and confirm status. Usually, they will tell you that file is approved if they have nominated you and you still haven't received a Nomination.

please i need advise on challenge..

I have accepted Ontario's nomination and score increased by 600 pts, however my spouse's ECA report is not out yet. I already indicated work experience of 2yrs for him on our EE profile.
Thing is; I am considering removing his work experience now because of the delayed ECA report and because i wouldnt want it to be an issue post ITA Application whereby I cannot provide evidence of qualification for spouse work experience.

Question is: will this have a negative impact on my application?
Do I need to inform OINP as it will reduce my overall score? Or what do I do?

Please advise..anyone..

Your question is quiet confusing to understand.
What ECA have to do with Experience? Does your spouse experience is in Canada?

Kindly explain your questions in separate paragraphs to make it easier to understand.


General Question Answers:

1. Any difference between EE Profile and Post-ITA is recorded and is part of Eligibility Test. Anything that changes your score will need evidence or a well explained LOE.

Without that it may be considered as Misrepresentation. However, evidence or LOE attached will be sufficient if your scores doesn't impact your FSW and PNP Eligibility.

2. If your changes results in change in score then you should inform OINP so that your details should be matched during Analyst Review.

I am not an applicant and I posted it seems quota is filled not that I am 100% sure. OINP will announce new updates tomorrow.

In the past they usually share this information to announce end of Nomination related to a particular stream.

However, I wish everyone to get Nominations soon and may the tomorrow update be better for all.

Bill, do you mean to say that all those that were waiting for nomination at dip stage will not be issue nomination anymore coz quota is filled?

Just called OINP up only to find out that my application is with senior officers since August and the operator told me that he would notify the officer that i inquired about my application. He also said that 'he hopes that I will get the nomination soon'.

It is possible that he doesnt know that the quota is almost full and they are going to announce it tomorrow? or was he just being nice?

They still have many Nominations left and they should issue those before closing the year-end. Now there are 2 possibilities either they may re-open HCP registrations or announce the completion of quotas.

I am not sure what is the update about and this seems to be another unnecessary suspense from OINP. Let's just hope for the best.

Hello all , please helpe with below enquiry its realy confusing for me :

I checked my eligibilty via Come to Canada tool and its shows i am eligible and give me a reference code with the help of that code i created my express entry profile and it displays 363 CRS score with FSW criteria met. But later on when i calculated my FSW score manualy i score only 65 FSW points.
How it is possible?
Below is the FSW score breakdown .

Ielts - 16 points Writing-6 , L-R-S - 6.5 each
Education - 21 points - Bachelor 3 years
Age - 12 points - 25 years
Experience - 11 points - 3 years
Adaptability - 5 points - Relative in canada
Total - 16+21+12++11+5 = 65

Although one might contemplate of re-opening the stream, the reality kicks in when one remembers the nominations left.
There is a high chance that they will led out the notification of closure .

On the other side, they will reopen targeting a specific NOC's synonymous to NOVA SCOTIA.
