May I suggest having this document linked to from within the "How to" section on the spreadsheet? A lot of people seem to ask about GCMS notes so that might cut the questions down a bit.
Where you kept cover letter in your application?(1st page of your application?)
Yes on the top.

The above link is of the FAQs. "How to" section of the spreadsheet already has the link to the main FAQ section.

Yes why not. Visit the Pakidentity website and you will see all the information there. You need baby's Canadian passport and birth certificate along with both parents Pakistani id cards and both id cards should be updated as married from Nadra.

You can call the high commission and ask your queries.
Any one experience for nicop of child from toronto pakistani embassy
Yes, I did. I went to their office in Vaughan for my kid's NICOP card but the guy there advised to do it online as it'll be easier and quicker. I got the NICOP in 7 days couriered to my home address.
Hi Everyone.
Salam,
I am new to this forum. I just immigrated to Canada last week. I am currently engaged at the moment and will be going back to Pakistan to marry my fiance in December 2017. I had a few questions and was wondering if anyone of you could help me out.
1. I read the forum a bit and found out that applying for a visitor's visa for my fiance could be a red flag, but should I go for it?
2. Can I apply for a visit visa for my fiance once we are married? what are the chances of getting a visit visa after marriage?
3. Can I file the application for my spouse through the normal spousal process and at the same time apply for her visit visa as well?
4. What are the documentary requirements for the normal spousal process
5. Any other way that I can get my wife to Canada as soon as possible after marriage?
Thank you in advance everyone for your time to help me out.
Thank You

1,2 and 3) It won't be a red flag, however Pakistani spouses are almost always refused a visitors visa. Since ur a permanent resident you must reside in Canada for the spousal sponsorship to be approved , however you can visit your wife in Pakistan for 2 -3 weeks during the application process.
4) Go to the cic website and select option to sponsor a spouse living outside Canada as well as select country Pakistan for country specific requirements. You will be able to retrieve the document checklist and instruction guide. Go over this thoroughly and if you have any questions you can ask here.
5) You can try express entry if she qualifies and gets the required scores however the quickest way is Spousal Sponsorship.
If you are married to someone who is resident in Canada, chance of student visa refusal is very very high.
While filling ScheduleA form it asks for family name of mother and father. The issue is that they dont have a family name but father's name so thats not going to be 1 single name.. it can be something like Noor Mohammad etc. Can we write this as family name?
