Hello! I'm planning to do soft landing next week. Are there any pros/cons of landing at Toronto vs Vancouver airport?
I read that you can apply for SIN at Toronto airport itself whereas one has to go to Service Canada in Vancouver. Would like to hear from your experience.
Also, can we apply SIN on the same day as landing (in case of Vancouver)?

Welcome to NDVO. Not to break your heart but, I have been there since 9th August. IP2. And they don't even have to do any additional BG checks for me as my file was approved for RFV and sent to Delhi from Ottawa. Delhi just has to send me the email. But, waiting.

On the other hand there have been people who have received PPR's within a week of moving to Delhi.

I would just like to say thank you to everyone on this forum for the support and posting updates. It has certainly been a long process, especially with the long wait times and nail biting updates. I got my PPR last week Wednesday. I called CIC and they told me that I got approved since September 29th but did not get the confirmation email until October 4th (Great birthday gift I must say . So for those who has not received the confirmation I suggest calling for an update. Now just waiting on my passport to come back as I sent it off Oct 5th. Inland CEC

I called them last week as well they said last update on my file is on 30 August, my R10 is complete , Security is complete, Criminality is progress since then. For me it will be miracle bro
