No, I don't think that is the reason. There are a lot of applicants waiting for nomination with similar timelines but different backgrounds. There seems to b some other reason OINP has stopped issuing nominations.
Hope they start soon..... by around 11 th oct they should b updating the quota also..... hope they nominate all of us before that..... fingers crossed.....
I think they are looking for a statement that says " funds are readily accessible". I am not sure if pension funds will be counted as readily accessible unless your fund manager says so specifically . I think that's what you need to address.
Many have crossed 90 Days without PFL and Nominations. Yes, in past I do know people getting nominations without PFL after average time however nowadays they are just sending PFL to keep candidates calm.
Bill Hyatt pls. guide..I got pfl request last week.. job duties not matching with the noc.so i submitted revised reference letter and notarized document from my employer.. I submitted the supporting documents and got acknowledgement receipt of the same.. .. What is the possibility of nomination after pfl??????? how long it takes? what is the % success rate..

i did raise this point with my pension account manager and the letter i received today says exactly this:
"This is to certify that, Mr. XYZ, bearing CNIC number, 0000-00000-0, is one of our valued clients, having investments in following scheme(s) managed by UBL Fund Managers. The total value of his/her portfolio, as on October 2nd 2017, is PKR Rs.000000 – only. These are open ended funds and the amount can be withdrawn/redeemable, as per the Constitutive documents of the fund(s), within six Business days, from the date of presentation of the duly completed redemption form. Funds are free of debt or financial liability."
Also the the Rate at which funds can be withdrawn, is also explained so the three concerns raised by PFL have been covered by this letter of statement.
Concern raised by OINP via PFL were:
The documentation provided on your pension fund investment from UBL Fund Managers could not be accepted as settlement funds as no documents have been provided by your financial institution indicating that the funds are readily accessible.

and that they are free of debt or financial liability.
Any additional information and documentation to support that your application meets program criteria.
