Yeah I'm trying to gather as much documents as I can but as for proof of communication i really don't have anything pre-Ruksati, however, we sent tons of pictures after the ruksati along with all the other proof of communication and contact that they require. But since they are not satisfied with that I'm gonna explain everything hopefully they approve
They asked for additional documents around June, like the Schedule A and besides proof of communication, which they asked for just today, they want to an explanation as to why there's a 3 year gap from Nikkah to Ruksati.

The next step is for London vo to open your file and assess eligibility. Getting to this step alone may take a few months. Once they do, and if your case is straightforward, BGC should start once eligibility is concluded. DM on ECAS and then passport request.
For processing times please refer to the Pakistan spousal sponsorship spreadsheet. Please note as the application processing times have changed as of Dec 2016, the average processing times will vary drastically. all the best
Oh and if you haven't already you can submit your information here to be added to the spreadsheet. @MM345 can add you.

OMG so sorry to hear that! You should definitely appeal! I have a friend she now moved to Waterloo and is from India, but she applied and got rejected even without an interview. So she hired a desi lawyer who also lost for her. Then she re appealed with a well known Jewish lawyer from Toronto who won her case. From what I heard, it's really expensive to appeal but it was worth it in the end.

Another case:
Someone applied in March 2016, was called in for an interview in May 2017 and was told that they were admissible in Canada only if they had provided FBI clearance by a certain time. When they were submitting their clearance, they attached few other things (I forget what they were) to go with the more the merrier theory, and after 30 days, got a PFL to say what you mentioned in the interview does not match with the additional information you've provided. Please respond in 30 days or your case will be rejected. They responded on the 29th day, however, the case got rejected in August. Now waiting for CIC to reopen their case after MP and lawyers intervened. It takes about 45 - 60 days for the CIC to make a decision whether the case will be opened or not.
